When can I submit a ROV for a payment application under PA-DSS version 3.0?

New validations and High Impact Changes using PA-DSS ~~version 3.0 submissions~~v3.1 will be accepted ~~from January 2014~~ until ~~December~~31 ~~31st,~~August ~~2017.~~2016. ~~During~~Low ~~2014,~~Impact and No Impact Changes to listed applications that were previously validated to PA-DSS ~~submissions~~3.1 will be accepted ~~for~~until ~~both~~28 October 2019.

New validations and High Impact Changes using PA-DSS ~~2.0~~v3.0 were accepted until 31 August 2015. Low Impact and No Impact Changes to listed applications that are validated to PA-DSS 3.0 ~~assessments.~~will be accepted until 28 October 2019.
