Specifications Updates Bulletin no. 07, August 2002 Lower Voltage Cards Amendment to Book 1 The final version of the Amendment to Book 1, which was posted for industry comments in December 2001, incorporates the comments received and is now posted for another period of comment prior to final publication. Book 1 – Amendment 1, Electromechanical Characteristics for Cards and Terminals operating at 5V, 3V and 1.8V, is available for viewing and downloading from the Specifications Section, Additional Files for Download. All comments should be sent through the Communications facility on this website and submitted no later than October 18, 2002.
