Registration with EMVCo remains free of charge. Note that the fee applies to each Type Approval submission. As of July 1 st : - Entry Point Module in standalone “Test result evaluation” fees are aligned on existing “Level 2 Contactless Product Test result evaluation” fees. Note that EMVCo defined two processes for products implementing Entry Point Module. o A Product Provider can apply for a Contactless Product embedding Entry Point Module. In this case all options of the usual process are available. o A Product Provider can equally apply for an Entry Point Module in standalone approval. Page 3 The above fee tables assume no deductions will be made on payments to EMVCo for tax withholdings, bank fees, or other amounts (“Deductions”). If any Deductions are to be made, then the fee payable will be increased by such amount as necessary to ensure that the amounts that EMVCo actually receives, excluding taxes that EMVCo is required to collect, reflects the amounts in the above tables. In such case, written notice of the revised fee amount and Deductions must be given to EMVCo at least thirty (30) days before the date the payment is due, so that EMVCo can issue a revised invoice reflecting the fee and Deductions.
