Description

This EMV 3-D Secure (3DS) Approval Bulletin No. 002 describes the interim process for product providers that want to assess their 3DS products. This process is for product providers to request a Test Assessment Summary until EMVCo begins issuing Letter of Approvals (LoAs) for 3DS Products. Upon completion of compliance testing, a product provider can request a Test Assessment Summary (TAS). A TAS acknowledges that a 3DS product successfully tested against the test cases and conditions currently available. Note, that a Test Assessment Summary is not a Letter of Approval. The published EMV 3-D Secure Approval Process applies with the following modifications to support the TAS issuance:  Request for Test Assessment Summary form1 2  Request for Test Assessment Summary fee is waived for product providers  Test Assessment Summaries are not published on the EMVCo website Please contact the 3DS Secretariat at 3DS_admin@emvco.com for any questions. 1 Note that only one request can be submitted per product and per test plan version. 2 The Request for Test Assessment Summary form is used in lieu of the Request for Approval form.
