Description

The EMV Payment Tokenisation Specification–Technical Framework introduces two new data objects, Token Requestor ID and Last 4 Digits of PAN, which may be used in support of payment tokenisation and may be present on chip cards and may be provided to the merchant and acquirer. This bulletin updates the EMV Integrated Circuit Card Specifications for Payment Systems to define the Token Requestor ID and Last 4 Digits of PAN so that they are recognized by the terminal, and the terminal is able to output and transmit these two data to the merchant and acquirer.

Specification Changes EMV Book 3 In Annex A1, Table 33, add the following new data element entries in the appropriate alphabetic order for the table: Last 4 Digits of The last four digits of the PAN, as defined in the EMV ICC PAN Payment Tokenisation Framework.
