Effective Date

  • Immediately This Bulletin provides clarification on the Reduced Range PCD Type Approval process. Product Provider shall register for the EMVCo Reduced Range PCD Type Approval process and sign the Reduced Range PCD contract before being authorized to perform any interoperability tests using the reference PTP Cards provided by EMVCo (even for debug sessions). Product Provider can perform any other debug tests on Testing laboratory premises without registering for the Reduced Range PCD Type Approval process. Please refer to the Reduced Range PCD Administrative process for more information on the Registration process. countries.
