EMV® General Bulletin No. 62 Second Edition April 2025 EMVCo Token Registration Fee Update This General Bulletin No. [62] provides the updated EMVCo fees for TSP Code Registrations & Renewals and BCID Code Registration applicable for all activities starting 1st January 2025.

Description

The EMVCo Tokenisation Registration fees will be charged as follows starting 1st January 2025:

• BIN Controller ID Registration: $11,500
• TSP Code Initial Registration: $11,500
• TSP Code Annual Renewal: $2,850 (previously $10,000) (previously $10,000) (previously $2,500) All fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, tariffs, levies and similar assessments in any country (“Taxes”). Fees must be paid without deduction of any Taxes, unless required by law, in which case the fees will be increased as necessary so that after making any required deductions and withholdings, EMVCo receives and retains, free from any liability for Taxes, an amount equal to the amount it would have received had no such deductions or withholdings been made. Upon request, EMVCo will provide an invoice with the increased fee if any such deductions or withholdings are required. countries.
