For several years, EMVCo’s fees have remained flat while we continued to absorb various cost increases, due to the current economic situation. To ensure we can continue providing effective services, we are implementing a fee increase as defined below. Name of the Fee Current Application Selection Registered Proprietary Data (ASRPD) ID

Fees must be paid without deduction of any Taxes, unless required by law, in which case the fees will be increased as necessary so that after making any required deductions and withholdings, EMVCo receives and retains, free from any liability for Taxes, an amount equal to the amount it would have received had no such deductions or withholdings been made. Upon request, EMVCo will provide an invoice with the increased fee if any such deductions or withholdings are required.
