Description
The LOA Reference Number extensions fees are updated in the EMV 3DS Approval fee structure. EMVCo will no longer charge a fee for 6-month LOA Reference Number extension, and 12month LOA Reference Number extension is sunset. 3-D Secure Approval Fees EMVCo charges the following administrative fee for each Request for Approval: Default-SDK Split-SDK 3DS Server Directory Server (DS) Access Control Server (ACS) Add Message Extension Fee USD 5,750 USD 5,750 USD 11,500 USD 11,500 USD 11,500 USD 2,000 Note: Product Provider Registration with EMVCo is free of charge. Other Fees
- For each ICS or test report declined by EMVCo, EMVCo charges a USD 860 administrative fee to Laboratories.
- For ICS Replacement (starting at 2nd Replacement), EMVCo charges a USD 860 administrative fee to product providers.
- For Letter of Approval Re-issuance, EMVCo charges a USD 860 administrative fee to product providers Fees and Deductions The fees described in this bulletin assume no deductions will be made on payments to EMVCo for tax withholdings, bank fees, or other amounts (“Deductions”). If any Deductions are to be made, then the fee payable will be increased by such amount as necessary to ensure that the amounts that EMVCo actually receives, excluding taxes that EMVCo is required to collect, reflects the amounts in this bulletin. In such case, written notice of the revised fee amount and Deductions must be given to EMVCo at least thirty (30) days before the date the payment is due, so that EMVCo can issue a revised invoice reflecting the fee and Deductions. The issuance of a revised invoice will not change the original due date for payment.
