Description
EMVCo has been recently notified of issues affecting the testing procedure of the new Test Case TAB117.1.1.200, «Verifying the PCD Phase Drift» introduced in the version v3.2a of the PCD Test Cases. 1. Impact on PCD Test Plan v3.2a After analysis of the issues affecting this Test Case and considering the time constraints for this release, EMVCo has decided to postpone the inclusion of this Test Case to a future version of the PCD Test Plan. As a result, Test Case TAB117 will not be applicable for the upcoming PCD Test Plan v3.2a. As a matter of simplification, the existing PCD v3.2a documentation package will not change. The different sections related to Test Case TAB117 shall be considered as “Not Applicable” by Test Tool Providers and Testing Laboratories. 2. Impact on Type Approval Test Sessions Laboratories performing a v3.2a PCD Type Approval Test Session shall mark Test Case TAB117 as “Not Applicable” and shall not perform this Test Case. Test Reports issued for release v3.2a shall not include results for Test Case TAB117. For additional information, please contact EMVCo CATA Secretariat. terminal_approval@emvco.com.
