EMVCo is pleased to announce the availability of the Mobile Level 1 Type Approval Test Plan v3.2b documents. Updated documents The following documents has been published on the EMVCo website:  EMV Mobile Product Level 1 Type approval ― Mobile Level 1 Test Guidelines, Version 3.2b, January 2025  EMV Mobile Product Level 1 Type approval ― Mobile Level 1 Implementation Conformance Statement, Version 3.2b  EMV Mobile Product Level 1 Type approval ― Mobile Level 1 Administrative Process, Version 2.8, January 2025 Changes since previous versions Regarding the Mobile Level 1 Test Guidelines, the most important changes since version 3.2a are:  Based on SB 300 – PICC Presence Check Procedure

  • Adding test case CC102 to the list in Annex A.1 Note: No technical changes have been made since version 3.2b draft 1, October 2024. Regarding the ICS, the most important changes since version 3.2a are:  Updating version number Regarding the Administrative Process, the most important changes since version 2.7 are:  Update of the rules for support of Type A and Type B  Appendix C: Source code is not delivered for Android test application Activation and migration planning The activation of testing in version 3.2b of the Mobile Test Plan is defined in the latest edition of the Card and Mobile Type Approval Bulletin No. 31.
